Role Summary: 
As Operations Business Consultant (Head / VP level), you will lead hands-on projects, drive operations transformation initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery across multiple sectors. You will thrive in dynamic, on-site environments, ensuring seamless execution of strategies in field operations. This role involves strategic oversight, change management and hands-on involvement in daily operational challenges, working in boots and helmets to transform the field. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and execute on-the-ground operational projects, ensuring results are delivered on time and with high impact 

  • Engage directly in field operations, working closely with teams on the ground to ensure strategy alignment and execution excellence 

  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to design and implement practical solutions to complex operational challenges 

  • Coach and mentor people, fostering growth and expertise in operations and field management 

  • Conduct analysis of field operations, industry trends, and benchmarking to develop actionable, data-driven strategies 

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years in Operations consulting or management, with at least 1 year in leadership role, preferably in field-based industries  

  • Strong field management experience, result-driven and willing to be hands-on in operations (e.g. plantation, manufacturing) 

  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in field  

  • Strong client engagement skills, especially with senior stakeholders, and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong communication in English and Indonesian  

  • Prior experience to digital transformation or AI-driven projects is a plus 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred 

  • Willingness to travel and work on-site in various field locations across geographies, mainly in Indonesia
